We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our roofing projects. Your responsibilities will include managing projects from start to finish and collaborating with subcontractors, employees, clients, and suppliers to organize and oversee each project. You will be responsible for coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to support timely and efficient project completion.


Responsibilities:

Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring completion in accordance with company standards

Collaborate with subcontractors, employees, clients, and suppliers to organize projects

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all projects and services

Review signed contracts, material orders, and sales pricing to confirm projects can be completed within budget

Monitor employees' and crews' material usage to minimize waste

Communicate all plans, dates, and expectations to clients in advance

Respond promptly to texts, emails, and phone calls from internal and external stakeholders

Adhere to company inventory policies

Ensure compliance with motor vehicle laws and safety regulations

Perform toolbox talks and/or job huddles as needed per project

Maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements, and ensure proper care of company-provided tools and equipment


Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of project management experience

Experience with project management or construction-related software platforms

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proven experience managing projects from start to finish

Ability to collaborate with subcontractors, employees, clients, and suppliers to organize projects

Strong communication skills to maintain timely interaction with customers, Sales Manager, General Manager, and Account Managers

Must be authorized to work in the United States
