Terraboost Media is a fast-growing retail media business specializing in regional and national media sales and outreach. With over 100,000 5-foot-tall, full-color wellness billboards nationwide, we empower advertisers to go beyond traditional advertising sponsoring wellness in communities across the USA. Advertisers enjoy prime visibility with jumbo wellness billboards strategically placed at the front doors and pharmacy wait areas of Americas top retailers.

We are looking for a Production Associate to work in our Naperville, IL location. The Production Associate provides operational and hands-on support within the print and media fulfillment shop. This role actively participates in core print production, order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, inventory tracking, and basic equipment care. This role focuses on maintaining daily shop floor readiness and ensuring orders are completed efficiently and safely according to established standards.

Compensation is $20.00-$21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Trim, assemble, package, label, and prepare printed products for shipment.
  • Pull, pack, and verify customer orders for accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Process shipments and generate shipping labels using UPS WorldShip or similar shipping software.
  • Receive, organize, and maintain inventory and production materials.
  • Operate equipment and hand tools safely, including cutters, pallet jacks, and packaging tools.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and job specifications are met.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and inventory shortages to management.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced print production environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, enter data, and learn shipping software.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of project management experience or one (1) year in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative support role.
