Summary: Under direct supervision, receives, stores, selects, and loads products within the warehouse while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity standards are consistently met. Performs warehouse operations as directed by the immediate supervisor or Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Move merchandise using hand jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and hand jacks, for up to 95% of the workday.
  • Select and prepare customer orders to ensure complete and accurate fulfillment.
  • Receive inbound products accurately and maintain proper documentation.
  • Apply pallet tags and other identifying labels to materials upon receipt.
  • Transport products and materials from receiving areas to storage locations or other designated areas.
  • Place inventory on racks, shelves, or bins according to established slot assignments.
  • Rotate stock to ensure older inventory is readily accessible and used first.
  • Read pick tickets, labels, or on-screen instructions to assemble customer orders and stage them on pallets.
  • Load trailers with merchandise scheduled for shipment.
  • Record and maintain inventory and operational data as required.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with the company's zero-error policy.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards and service-level expectations.
  • Follow all applicable safety guidelines, government regulations, company policies, and safe work practices.
  • Conduct routine inspections of material handling equipment and maintain appropriate fluid levels to support safe and efficient operation.
  • Perform work in a manner that prevents damage to company products, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Treat all internal and external customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Support and uphold company policies, values, and standards.
  • Take responsibility for understanding how individual and team actions impact customers and the overall success of the company.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook and other company communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and company objectives.
