Responsibilities
As Octave continues to scale global marketing programs and operational processes, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support campaign execution, marketing automation management, operational governance and system organization across the marketing organization. This role will play a key part in supporting global marketing execution, improving operational consistency and maintaining the overall health and organization of our marketing systems and assets.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally minded, AI curious, and excited to work across campaign execution, marketing technology, process improvement, and system governance. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, marketing operations expertise, strong organization skills and cross-functional collaboration.
โ€ข Support the execution of global email marketing campaigns and nurture programs within Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement
โ€ข Build, QA, schedule and deploy email campaigns, forms, landing pages and segmentation lists
โ€ข Assist with audience targeting, segmentation strategies and campaign optimization efforts
โ€ข Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and optimization recommendations
โ€ข Help maintain email deliverability and compliance best practices
โ€ข Support ongoing cleanup, organization, and governance efforts within Pardot, including outdated emails, templates, images, forms and other marketing assets
โ€ข Assist with improving operational consistency and organization within Wrike, including workflow management, request organization, project hygiene and documentation
โ€ข Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing operational processes across teams
โ€ข Partner closely with global and regional marketing to support campaign execution and business priorities
โ€ข Support marketing data quality and operational hygiene initiatives
โ€ข Stay informed on emerging marketing technology and AI capabilities that could improve team efficiency, campaign performance, and operational scalability
Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, email marketing or campaign operations
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process consistency
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced global environment
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with project management or workflow management platforms such as Wrike is a plus
  • AI curious mindset with interest in learning and applying emerging AI tools and technologies within marketing operations workflows
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish a plus
