Job description

HealthSource of Harvest is looking for a driven, outgoing, and performance-focused Marketing & Patient Growth Specialist to help grow our chiropractic clinic and increase patient visits through strategic marketing initiatives. This is not a “social media only” position. The primary goal of this role is to help drive booked new patients and increase overall patient visits through digital marketing, community outreach, referral systems, reactivation campaigns, and content creation.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns

• Create referral and Google review campaigns

• Run patient reactivation campaigns

• Build relationships with attorneys and local businesses

• Create social media and email marketing content

• Coordinate events and community outreach opportunities

• Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics


Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable creating content and working with social media

• Marketing, sales, or business development experience preferred

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns

• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, or digital advertising


Compensation:

• Base Salary

• Performance Bonuses Available

• Total Target Compensation: Approximately $75,000/year
