Why this role matters

PEW Logistics is redefining how brands manage digital commerce through integrated eCommerce, marketing, technology, and fulfillment solutions. As our client partnerships continue to grow, successful execution requires strong project ownership, communication, and operational discipline.

As the Marketing Project Manager, you'll own the execution of marketing initiatives for PEW Logistics clients from strategy through delivery. What you'll own

  • Own the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives for assigned PEW Logistics clients.

  • Manage project roadmaps, timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

  • Drive cross-functional coordination between marketing, creative, development, merchandising, and client teams.

  • Manage client communication, reporting, status updates, and strategic planning discussions.

  • Coordinate website merchandising, email marketing, promotional campaigns, product launches, and creative production.

  • Translate client objectives into actionable project plans and ensure successful execution.

  • Maintain visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.

  • Utilize Jira, Slack, and other project management tools to organize workflows and maintain accountability.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall project execution.

What you bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, account management, or integrated marketing.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, merchandising, and campaign execution.

  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to organize complex projects, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail with a bias toward action and execution.

  • Agency or corporate marketing experience preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting eCommerce brands or digital marketplaces.

  • Familiarity with Magento or similar eCommerce platforms.

  • Experience managing client accounts, partnerships, or marketing programs.

  • Experience coordinating creative, development, and merchandising teams.

  • Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Our culture

We move fast.

We communicate openly.

We take ownership.

We care about results, not bureaucracy.

We are a team of problem-solvers who take pride in building, improving, and delivering. Everyone is expected to own their work, collaborate across teams, and focus on outcomes over process.

What success looks like

  • Marketing initiatives delivered on time, accurately, and aligned with client objectives.

  • Clear ownership and accountability across every project.

  • Strong client relationships built through proactive communication and consistent execution.

  • Improved collaboration between marketing, creative, development, and merchandising teams.

  • Scalable processes that allow PEW Logistics to continue growing and delivering exceptional results.

Ready to make an impact?

If you're a marketing project manager who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving complex coordination challenges, and takes ownership from idea to execution, we'd love to hear from you.

Send us your resume and show us how you'll help PEW Logistics move faster, execute smarter, and deliver better results for our clients.
