We are looking for an Email & Content Marketing Specialist to manage our email marketing campaigns, blog content, and customer engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and optimizing email campaigns using Klaviyo, while also supporting blog strategy and content creation to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

The ideal candidate has handsโ€‘on experience with Klaviyo, strong writing skills, a good understanding of email marketing best practices, and the ability to create content that supports brand awareness, customer retention, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Create and manage email flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, postโ€‘purchase, winโ€‘back, and promotional campaigns.
  • Write compelling email copy, subject lines, preview text, and calls to action.
  • Segment email audiences based on customer behavior, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
  • Monitor and report on email performance, including open rates, click rates, conversion rates, revenue, and unsubscribe rates.
  • A/B test subject lines, email content, creative, send times, and campaign strategies.
  • Maintain the email marketing calendar and coordinate campaign timing with promotions, product launches, and content initiatives.
