About the Role
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as a key operational partner across the Paid advertising team. You will help coordinate campaign execution, maintain project visibility, improve internal processes, manage reporting workflows, and identify opportunities to increase team efficiency. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects moving forward, ensuring deadlines are met, stakeholders remain aligned, and no details fall through the cracks.
This role requires someone who is highly accountable, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning systems and processes from start to finish.
Success in this position comes from creating structure, improving workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, and ensuring teams have the tools and information needed to execute at a high level.
What You'll Do
Project & Campaign Operations
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects and campaign deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects remain on track and deadlines are met
  • Monitor project status, dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items
  • Maintain visibility across multiple active marketing initiatives
  • Create, manage, and optimize workflows within Monday.com

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and team efficiency
  • Build scalable processes that support organizational growth
  • Standardize procedures and ensure consistent execution across teams
  • Document workflows, process updates, and operational best practices
  • Drive accountability through organized project tracking and follow-up

Reporting & Data Management
  • Review tracking documents and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain campaign tracking and operational reporting processes
  • Create stakeholder-ready reporting presentations in Google Slides
  • Analyze workflow data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support reporting initiatives through data organization and validation

Marketing Technology & Automation
  • Build and maintain workflow automations using tools such as Zapier
  • Support integrations between marketing and operational systems
  • Help streamline manual processes through automation and technology solutions
  • Monitor operational systems to ensure accurate data flow and task execution
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize the use of marketing technology platforms

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management, operations, marketing operations, or related experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools
  • Experience building workflows and process documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

  • Agency experience
  • Marketing operations or marketing technology experience
