Job description

Repligen is building a best-in-class in-house marketing agency to accelerate the speed, quality, creativity, and performance of global marketing execution.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Program Management, is a critical player/coach responsible for building scalable program management practices, translating strategic marketing priorities into high-performing, omni-channel campaigns and content. This individual operates at the intersection of strategy, creative design, campaign execution, and AI‑powered productivity. The leader will manage a team and serve as the bridge between Strategic Marketing and execution, turning business objectives into tactical outputs that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Translation & Campaign Leadership: Partner with Strategic Marketing and Business Unit leaders to interpret marketing briefs and translate them into actionable campaign plans and deliverables; lead end‑to‑end campaign execution across digital and omni‑channel initiatives; ensure alignment of marketing programs with business goals, product portfolios, and revenue targets.
  • In‑House Agency Leadership (Player/Coach): Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers and Technical Writers leveraging AI to improve team efficiency; act as both strategic leader and hands‑on contributor; establish best practices, workflows, and quality standards; drive a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Program & Project Management: Oversee the development and delivery of marketing assets (digital, print, web, video); ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to strategic objectives; manage cross‑functional coordination across marketing, product management, and commercial teams.
  • Campaign Operations & Platforms: Own and optimize campaign management platforms; design and manage workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and visibility; provide user support and drive adoption of tools and processes.
  • Financial & Operational Excellence: Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and monthly accruals; ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing spend; optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and productivity.
  • AI‑Enabled Marketing Execution: Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative content, design automation, campaign optimization tools); use AI to rapidly develop drafts, variations, and personalized content at scale; identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and quality through AI‑driven workflows; partner with leadership to test and adopt emerging AI tools.
  • Content & Digital Execution: Oversee integrated content development across channels (digital, print, social, web); collaborate with subject matter experts for technical accuracy; align content to customer journeys and campaign objectives.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Track and report on campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools; generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI; continuously refine programs based on data‑driven learnings.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing program management, campaign execution, or product marketing, with 4+ years in management.
  • Proven experience translating strategy into execution in a matrixed organization; experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation and campaign management platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with creative and AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Jasper, Claude).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
