Job description

Accounting / Fiscal Analyst

Location:  Phoenix, AZ 85008 (Hybrid)

9 Months 

 Rate: $20/Hour on W2
Hours/Week: 40 
 
 

Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Receive monthly reports from operators and maintain accurate tracking of reports received, reports due, set-aside payments due, and payments received.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets; email manager copies along with lists of operators’ missing reports or payments.
  • Prepare deposits of set-aside checks and notify manager when deposits are ready for delivery.
  • Process vendor invoices in a timely manner: attach invoices with purchase authorizations for manager approval and enter them into Google Sheets.
  • Monitor BEP scanned invoices email account for incoming documents.
  • Update commission reports for each operator and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies to ensure accountability and maintain strong vendor and operator relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting or fiscal experience.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
