What you'll be doing
The Tennessee Titans are looking for a creative and innovative digital marketer to oversee all email marketing campaigns, including strategy, creation, distribution, measurement, and optimization to support sales, marketing, customer service, and communication goals.
This role is responsible for audience segmentation, campaign management, performance monitoring, and daily email execution using the Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation platform. The Manager will work collaboratively across the Marketing, Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Stadium Events, Community Impact, and Public Relations departments to ensure delivery of efficient and effective integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own email marketing strategy and execution across revenue, service, promotional, editorial, event, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Manage Oracle Eloqua campaign builds, audience segmentation, dynamic content, custom HTML builds, forms, landing pages, automated programs, QA, deployment, and performance monitoring
  • Maintain email governance standards, including subscription management, deliverability, suppression logic, consent compliance, and quality assurance processes
  • Partner with Ticket Sales, Ticket Services, Corporate Partnerships, Stadium Events, and Marketing to support ticketing, retention, sponsorship, event promotion, and fan engagement initiatives
  • Lead recurring email programs, including newsletters, Know Before You Go communications, nurture campaigns, renewal campaigns, and special event communications
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies using CRM, ticketing, behavioral, demographic, and engagement data
  • Support database growth, list hygiene, re-engagement, lead generation, and audience development efforts across Titans and Nissan Stadium brands
  • Build and optimize automated fan journeys, onboarding programs, nurture campaigns, renewal flows, and other lifecycle communications
  • Establish tracking and reporting standards to measure campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and revenue attribution
  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure communications are accurate, on-brand, accessible, mobile-responsive, and aligned with campaign objectives
  • Manage cross-functional email requests, balancing priorities, timelines, audience considerations, and organizational needs
  • Stay current on email marketing, marketing automation, privacy, deliverability, personalization, and digital engagement best practices

Qualifications - What you'll bring
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in email and digital marketing, including launching, managing, and monitoring consumer-facing campaigns
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with an advanced email marketing platform
  • Genuine interest in and commitment to serving internal and external partners as a core part of the role

Preferred:
  • Experience with Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing automation platform
  • Proficiency in HTML and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Extensive background in outbound campaign development and optimization, with a strong understanding of performance metrics, best practices, and digital trends
  • Experience developing audience segments and implementing automation strategies
  • Collaborative working style with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn and master new software
  • Passion for sports, digital marketing, and technology
