This role involves integrating generative AI into Redfin’s internal agent tools to enhance agent workflows and improve customer support throughout the home buying and selling process.
Responsibilities:
• You will design, build, and maintain features that integrate generative AI into Redfin’s internal agent tooling.
• You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to solve complex workflow challenges for agents.
• You will help evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks where they can meaningfully improve agent effectiveness.
