Job description

The Email Marketing and Conversion Specialist plays a crucial role in driving effective B2C email campaigns through strategically crafted content and optimization techniques. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and part of a medium-sized team of 4-7 people, this role focuses on maximizing engagement and conversion rates by leveraging data-driven strategies and targeted audience segmentation without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage B2C audiences
  • Optimize email conversion rates through continuous testing and refinement
  • Conduct A/B tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve outcomes
  • Segment audiences to enhance personalization and relevance of messaging
  • Create compelling email content aligned with marketing objectives
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and report to stakeholders
  • Manage email lists ensuring data hygiene and compliance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align email marketing with broader marketing strategies
  • Develop and refine email marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement
