On-site, Remote

Full-time

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM & Communications Coordinator based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of CRM and high-volume communications across a growing multi-brand portfolio.
You will ensure landlords and tenants receive the right information, through the right channel, at the right time.
Working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment, you will manage email operations, audience segmentation and recurring communications at scale.
You will help build repeatable systems that make it easy to integrate newly acquired brands into a consistent communications infrastructure.
The role combines operational discipline, clear copywriting, data analysis and process improvement with hands-on CRM execution.
You will use automation and AI tools to reduce repetitive work while continuously improving engagement, deliverability and communication quality.
This is an ideal opportunity for an organised, self-directed CRM professional who enjoys creating structure and scalable processes in a high-growth environment.

Accountabilities
  • Own and manage the Mailchimp database across multiple brands, including contact imports, list hygiene, unsubscribes, bounces and data accuracy.
  • Build and maintain detailed audience segments based on contact type, brand, geography and lifecycle stage to ensure communications reach the appropriate audiences.
  • Plan, deploy, schedule and monitor high-volume email communications while maintaining strong deliverability and sender reputation.
  • Manage the communications calendar, including monthly newsletters, regulatory updates, platform announcements and tenant-facing messages, adapting shared templates for individual brands.
  • Monitor and report on key email performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates and unsubscribes, using insights to improve segmentation, timing and messaging.
  • Onboard newly acquired brands into the CRM infrastructure by importing and cleaning contact lists, establishing segments, creating templates and implementing recurring communication schedules.
  • Develop and maintain a reusable library of email templates, copy blocks and brand assets to accelerate future brand onboarding and ensure consistency.
  • Use Zapier and AI-powered tools to automate repetitive content-production activities and CRM workflows as the portfolio expands.
  • Maintain clear documentation covering CRM processes, workflows and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Support the creation and adaptation of visual assets for email communications and templates using tools such as Canva and Figma.
  • Manage Google Business Profile activities across the wider portfolio.
Requirements
  • Experience working within a mature CRM environment, ideally in technology, e-commerce, fintech or another fast-growth business where communications are managed at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar systems, including audience management, campaign execution and automation.
  • Practical understanding of email infrastructure and deliverability, including sender domains, authentication, list hygiene and sender reputation.
  • Ability to work confidently with email templates and make basic HTML/CSS adjustments when required.
  • Strong understanding of effective email copywriting, with the ability to review, refine and improve content produced by others.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence engaging with UK-based stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and self-managing, with the ability to work effectively even when information or processes are incomplete.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset, with the ability to standardise fragmented workflows, document processes and create repeatable systems.
  • Comfortable taking a hands-on approach while continuously looking for ways to improve how work is performed.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and AI-powered tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of which CRM and email metrics are relevant for evaluating communication effectiveness.
  • Experience in a technology, e-commerce or startup environment with established CRM practices is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Zapier, Notion and AI tools is a plus.
  • Additional experience in content marketing or social media is beneficial.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Remote-first working environment with a high-trust culture.
  • Flexible workload and autonomy in how you organise your work.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of CRM operations across a growing multi-brand portfolio.
  • Exposure to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment focused on operational excellence and scalable processes.
  • Opportunity to work with automation and AI tools to transform and streamline communications workflows.
  • Significant scope to build systems, improve processes and create measurable impact.
  • Collaborative environment that values customer focus, innovation, long-term thinking and high-quality execution.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving business operating at the intersection of technology, operations and residential services.
