Marketing Intern

CW Financial Services LLC ("CW") is a premier and unique, full-service real-estate firm providing solutions to institutional clients in the areas of Commercial Real Estate Finance. CW is recognized industry wide for providing the most sophisticated capital markets structuring techniques. Through RealINSIGHT Marketplace ("RI Marketplace")-a leading online commercial real estate auction platform-CW connects buyers and sellers through technology-enabled transactions.

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the execution and coordination of marketing efforts for live commercial real estate listings on the RI Marketplace platform. This role provides exposure to asset-level marketing, full-funnel email campaigns, digital advertising coordination, and platform-driven marketing workflows. You will collaborate with internal teams to help ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across marketing touchpoints. This role is designed to build foundational marketing skills through hands-on exposure and mentorship - you'll be learning alongside experienced team members of the Marketing team to develop technical and professional skills.

Asset Marketing & Deal Support

  • Support marketing execution for new commercial real estate assets launching on the platform.
  • Assist with preparation of asset setup, photo ordering, and go-live readiness.
  • Assist with publishing and updating asset listings under guidance from the marketing team.

Copywriting & Content

  • Write and edit copy for email campaigns, organic social media, and paid social media ads.
  • Adapt messaging by asset type, buyer profile, and funnel stage.
  • Ensure copy is clear, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.

Paid Social Advertising

  • Support paid social ads production across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
  • Help adapt existing paid ad templates for new campaigns, following brand guidelines.
  • Maintain organization of creative assets, campaign planning documentation, and templates.
  • Assist with campaign setup and monitoring across platforms, learning how targeting and optimization decisions are made throughout a campaign's lifecycle.

Creative & Design Support

  • Update and adapt creative using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Maintain asset photo libraries and assist with outlines and maps for property context.

Reporting, Process, & Optimization

  • Assist with regular reporting across all marketing channels, gathering data and updating trackers.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across performance metrics.
  • Contribute ideas to improve process, execution, and efficiency.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Clear written communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Basic familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, etc.
  • Interest in or exposure to paid digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).
  • Basic knowledge of data reporting and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and processes.

Education & Experience
