The successful candidate will work onsite at our surgical center, equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and a full support staff committed to enhancing the clinician's focus on patient care. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will enjoy a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance typical of a modern medical practice.

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients presenting with various dermatological conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Document all clinical interactions in accordance with company policies, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained and reflect patient progress.
• Perform medical procedures, including injections, mole removals, and suturing, while maintaining a high standard of patient safety and comfort.
• Order and interpret necessary laboratory tests, including bloodwork, to assist in comprehensive patient assessments.
• Engage in patient education, providing effective counseling on treatment options, self-care practices, and post-procedure guidelines to support optimal recovery.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and contribute to a culture of ethical practice within the clinic.
• Actively collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to ensure cohesive patient care and provide feedback on operational improvements to the Medical Director.
• Adapt quickly to the needs of a dynamic clinical environment and demonstrate flexibility in work assignments.

As a Dermatology PA, you will have the opportunity to create life-changing outcomes for patients dealing with everything from common skin ailments to more complex conditions, while also focusing on preventive care and patient education.

• A valid Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Proven ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with electronic health records and medical software.
• Ability to work effectively autonomously while demonstrating a readiness to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical medical practices.

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a practicing Physician Assistant in a dermatology or medical-surgical setting is preferred.
• Experience with advanced dermatological procedures and knowledge of cosmetic dermatology is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in fast-paced healthcare environments that require adaptability and decisive problem-solving skills.
