First Year Performance Expectations

• Launch refreshed brand expression across all priority touchpoints.
• Establish a unified mobile first content distribution engine.
• Deliver measured growth in owned-channel audience, lead volume, and funnel performance.
• Build/manage a measurement framework with reliable funnel data informing weekly decisions.
• Optimize the 4.3 million dollar budget to highest-ROI channels.
• Hold external partners accountable to outcomes.
• Improve P1A-to-Client-Funded conversion rate through aligned sales & marketing execution.
• Hire and develop the Content/Social Manager and the Demand Generation Manager.
• General attitude, collaborative spirit, and accessibility
• Bring command and clarity while maintaining hands-on leadership.
