Agents must be based within a reasonable commute to South Florida. Agents may also make themselves available to work at least one shift monthly.
Your Mission
As a part-time Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:
  • Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.
  • Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
  • Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
  • Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
  • Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
  • Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
  • Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
  • Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 5 or more years of Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST), Law Enforcement, or Military.
  • Certifications & Credentials:
    • Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit (FL D & G license)
    • U.S. Passport & Driver's License
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
    • Meet-and-Greet evaluation
    • Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Command presence and confidence under pressure
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities
    • Physical readiness and mental resilience
    • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
  • Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response
  • LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit
  • CPR certification
  • EMT license
  • Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes
