Member Success Manager | Air Elite Network
Location: Webster, TX (Remote)
Salary: $63,000 - $75,000 DOE plus bonus opportunity
Help Shape the Experience of a Global Aviation Network
World Fuel is seeking a relationship-focused Network Experience Specialist to support the Air Elite Network, one of the aviation industry's premier FBO networks.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to Air Elite members, helping them maximize the value of their membership while delivering an exceptional member experience. You'll build strong relationships, support member engagement initiatives, coordinate communications, and work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall success of the network.

What You'll Do
Build Strong Member Relationships
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Air Elite members.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with member organizations.
  • Deliver exceptional service through proactive communication and responsive support.
  • Partner with members to understand their needs and help them maximize the benefits of the Air Elite Network.

Drive Member Engagement
  • Support onboarding and training for new members.
  • Coordinate member communications, program updates, and engagement initiatives.
  • Help strengthen member satisfaction, participation, and retention.
  • Support programs and activities that enhance the overall member experience.

Support Network Growth and Success
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Legal teams to support member objectives.
  • Monitor member feedback and identify opportunities to enhance network value.
  • Help ensure consistent execution of Air Elite programs and standards.
  • Track member activity and support strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth.

Program Administration
  • Maintain accurate member records and documentation.
  • Support membership agreements, renewals, and related processes.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of member events, meetings, and recognition programs.
  • Help ensure compliance with network standards and program requirements.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, customer service, relationship management, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Aviation industry experience.
  • Experience supporting customer programs, memberships, loyalty programs, or account management.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Social media or communications experience.
