Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions.

Repair:

  • Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective repair strategies.
  • Replace or repair defective components, ensuring minimal disruption to client comfort.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional service to high-end clients, addressing their unique HVAC needs with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Educate clients on system operation, maintenance practices, and energy efficiency options.

Installation:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC technology preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair and/or relevant trade experience.
  • Valid Texas TDLR Air Conditioning Technician Registration and EPA 608 Universal certification.
  • Valid Texas Drivers License and a Clean Driving Record
