Job description

Role Overview

Entegra is seeking a Sales Executive, Local & Direct Programs to support our lodging segment. This role will partner closely with the Entegra Enterprise and Select Sales teams, as well as our National Lodging Account teams and U.S.-based clients, to drive growth and deliver value across the organization. We are seeking candidates who are well organized and able to manage multiple projects.  

Entegra's Local & Direct (L&D) portfolio encompasses approximately 800 contracted supplier programs beyond broadline foodservice distribution, providing solutions for up to 70% of client spend. Regional programs with bakery, dairy, produce, meat & seafood distributors, Direct Store Delivery (DSD) programs such as uniforms, smallwares, equipment, janitorial and office supplies, and Service-related (SES) programs such as waste stream management, pest control and elevator service are examples of the many contracts included in our Local & Direct portfolio. We work with Entegra prospects, clients, suppliers and Entegra team members to identify and capture growth opportunities, bring Entegra value to clients and strengthen relationships. Fully remote, expected travel 30-40%. Candidate should reside in one of the following areas: Atlanta Metro, DC Metro, Northeast, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, or Southern California.

  • Lead quarterly and annual Local & Direct sales planning for assigned market segments
  • Support Enterprise and Select sales teams throughout the sales process to drive Local & Direct program adoption
  • Work directly with clients to identify, develop, and close Local & Direct opportunities
  • Partner with Business Development to strategically target Entegra Enterprise prospects and support successful onboarding of applicable programs
  • Collaborate with National Account Executives to build and manage a strong pipeline of followon Local & Direct sales for new and existing clients
  • Track all sales activities and client engagement in Entegra's CEM system in accordance with established guidelines

What You Bring
  • Knowledge of the GPO and foodservice industries, including distribution models
  • Lodging/Hotels experience within one or more of the following segments: operations, supply or procurement
  • Proven success in sales and business development, ideally within the foodservice industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working in CRM and sales tracking systems
