The L'Alto Residence is looking for a maintenance worker for a permanent position: Full-time position, Monday to Friday Unionized position Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Salary up to $22.93 What you will be doing at our place: Perform minor plumbing and mechanical repairs To collaborate and contribute to the maintenance activities of the residence in order to keep the interior spaces of the residence safe and in good condition. Responding to various service calls and providing excellent customer service with friendliness and professionalism Perform various repair, renovation and modification work on apartments (carpentry, electricity, plumbing, plastering, painting, flooring) Perform periodic checks and routine adjustments of equipment (lighting, heating, air conditioning, elevators, smoke detectors, call bells, etc.) In collaboration with the maintenance manager, conduct daily inspections of the building, identify anomalies, diagnose problems, and propose solutions.
