Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Trainee based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Manager Trainee participates in a structured development program designed to prepare high-potential employees for future management roles within the organization. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure, the Manager Trainee develops leadership, operational, customer service, financial, and people management skills necessary to successfully lead a team, department, or branch.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn company operations, policies, procedures, and organizational objectives.
  • Complete assigned training modules and development activities.
  • Rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of business functions.
  • Assist managers with daily operations, workforce planning, and performance management.
