Job Summary
Provided leadership and instructional support to improve literacy achievement across grade levels. Collaborated with teachers to implement evidence-based reading and writing instruction, delivered targeted interventions, analyzed student performance data, and supported curriculum development to enhance student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assessed students' literacy skills using formal and informal assessments to identify instructional needs.
  • Designed and delivered targeted reading and writing interventions for individual students and small groups.
