The candidate should have experience working with a variety of test instrumentation, and exposure to developing hardware control software. Experience with conducting field tests, working with analog or digital devices, circuit board design, and leading teams are also desirable. An ideal candidate would also have hands on experience with testing in one or more radiation environments, or exposure to analysis and modeling of radiation effects While prior radiation testing experience is desired, it is not required. This position will provide the opportunity to develop this specialized and unique skillset through experience and mentorship from industry leading specialists. The role will require working with one or more teams in helping programs evaluate, refine, and validate components and hardware designs intended to operate in extremely challenging environments.
