As a Mobile Repair Technician, you will fix and repair smartphones of all makes and models in a mobile work environment. We’re looking for someone who understands technology and is adaptive to the developing world tech as well as sales and customer service. Position Details: Mobile Tech:
  • Serves customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile devices at clients home or work while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • This position will travel to customer homes or place of business in a company-provided vehicle and complete repairs at the customer's site.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Safely travel to customer sites and arrive within the scheduled appointment window.
  • Inform customers of job status. (En-route, Arrived, etc).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
  • Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
  • Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple-to-understand manner.
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all van stock and equipment.
  • Utilize the point-of-sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and the real-time status of each repair.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass driving, drug, and background screening.
  • You must be a great note-taker.
  • You need to have great attention to detail.
  • Sales and customer support experience is a must.
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. 4-10 Hour Shifts typically and can have split days off.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles.

We're offering competitive pay between 34,000 - 42,000 annually, that $18 to $21 per hour with uncapped monthly sales commissions. Our Techs make an avg. of $3-$5 extra per hour or more in commissions.
