This position contributes to the planning, execution, and oversight of programs, projects, and activities across various project areas. The Project & Service Coordinator works cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to manage resources, schedules, and project communications, helping drive project success from start to finish. The Project & Service Coordinator coordinates all Service Tickets that are received and written up by the Help Desk Team. The Project Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining professional communications with the customer and maintaining a sense of ownership of the customer's issues at all times while scheduling technicians to perform the Service Ticket at the customer's site.This role requires a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and problem-solver, capable of managing multiple priorities while contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Key Project Responsibilities:Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate all aspects of designated projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget.Support adherence to Tech Electronics' project management processes by helping manage resources, scheduling, implementation plans, project documentation, subcontractor coordination, and communications.Track project milestones and status updates, contributing insights to help ensure projects remain on time and within budget.Facilitate procurement, change orders, documentation, and scheduling in alignment with project needs and team input.Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance communication, efficiency, and service for internal teams and customers.Act as a central communication point for project team members and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and timely information flow.Assist operations by helping ensure project teams have the tools, materials, and resources they need to deliver successful outcomes.Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, including timelines, resource allocation, and material needs, continuously updating as project details evolve.Contribute to project documentation and post-project reporting, summarizing phases and outcomes for review by leadership and stakeholders.Engage with field and site team members to help resolve project-related challenges collaboratively and efficiently.Communicate clearly and constructively with team members regarding expectations, accountability, and performance.Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making informed decisions within the scope of responsibility.Provide coverage for other Project Coordinators and Project Managers during periods of leave or high workload.Foster a cooperative and productive team culture, maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.Key Service Responsibilities:Maintains a detailed knowledge on Tech's services, systems, and personnel in order to properly support the customer's service requests.Continuously reviews status of Service Tickets to ensure proper resolution time frames are met.Treats each customer with a sense of professionalism and urgency so as to project a competent and concerned attitude.Ensures accurate information is entered into the database and the database always remains current and up-to-date.Dispatches appropriate technicians as required by service request or Service Supervisor. Communicates to the technicians all the information so they can be successful on service calls. Maintains awareness of reducing windshield time between service calls.Maintains accurate information assuring that all scheduled times are met and efficiently performed. Escalates any systems down or customer concerns to appropriate personnel.Understands all customer service policies; ensure that our customers are directed to the appropriate individuals at Tech that can address the specific customer needs or issues.Position Requirements:Two-year degree (preferred)PMI-SP (PMI Scheduling Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or equivalent project management experienceMinimum of two years' experience working with computer systems, including Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teamsHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughDemonstrated experience contributing to cross-functional projects with shared goals. Tech Electronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
