Key Responsibilities

  • Will oversee the Operations environment supporting Extant Aerospace's manufacturing facility.
  • Support high mix, low volume electronics assembly and test facility
  • Lead team through successful development and execution of monthly plans to meet and exceed schedule, revenue, and cost requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Responsible for establishing optimum utilization of available resources through efficient manpower management
  • Utilize statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in processes
  • Implementing open communication and continuous improvement
  • Improving standards and processes in all phases of the operations cycle
  • Support the development of new methods, processes, and equipment and apply them to the manufacturing operation for productivity gains



Education & Experience Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; or a bachelor's degree with at least 8 year of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have 4 years direct leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making
