What will you be doing?
  • Lead the end-to-end scoping, planning, and execution of high-priority engineering projects, with a focus on Active Copper productization and manufacturing scale-up
  • Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with Engineering, Operations, CI, Product Management, and R&D teams globally
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer commitments
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership to support key business decisions and financial commitments
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, remove bottlenecks, and ensure alignment across teams
  • Support the development and improvement of project management processes, tools, and portfolio tracking systems
  • Contribute directly to initiatives that impact revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency

The typical salary range for this position is $109,000 to $164,000.
