Inventory Control Associate
Department: Supporting Quality

Location: SMC
Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support inventory accuracy and material control for returned products throughout the repair and return material authorization (RMA) process. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the RMA Department in a production/warehouse environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.
The Inventory Control Associate will maintain inventory records, track material movement, and support inventory transactions to ensure accurate processing of returned products while assisting this RMA Department as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and process returned materials entering the RMA Department
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for returned products, repair components, and replacement materials
  • Perform inventory transactions within ERP, MES, or warehouse management systems
  • Track movement of products through inspection, repair, testing, and final disposition
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Issue materials and components to Repair, Failure Analysis, and Testing teams as required
  • Receive repaired materials back into inventory and ensure proper system updates
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify leadership of shortages or replenishment needs
  • Ensure proper identification, labeling, and traceability of all RMA inventory
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Quality teams regarding inventory transfers and material movement
  • Maintain inventory accuracy for customer-owned materials and returned products
  • Support disposition activities including repair, scrap, return-to-stock, and customer returns
  • Maintain organized storage locations and ensure compliance with FIFO and inventory control procedures
  • Generate inventory reports and assist with inventory audits as requested
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and material flow
  • Follow all safety, quality, ESD, and company policies and procedures
  • Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing preferred
  • Experience working in an electronics manufacturing, repair, or RMA environment preferred
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and material handling processes
  • Experience using ERP, MES, or warehouse management systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to accurately maintain inventory records and perform inventory transactions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
