As a Supervisor, Electronics, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly workers.

What Youll Do:

  • Direct hourly manufacturing workforce to meet company/departmental objectives.
  • Provide training and cross-training for all employees to ensure a versatile workforce.
  • Complete all routine paperwork, reports, timecards, and schedules in accordance with company/departmental objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with peers, subordinates, and management
  • Support and implement management philosophy and vision.
  • Contribute and make recommendations to control and reduce departmental and overall costs.
  • Lead 6s and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What Youll Bring:

  • An associate degree is required; a bachelors degree in business management/administration is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven team-building and supervisory skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and MS Office experience
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
  • Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, and inventory
  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
