  • Design, test, and validate analog circuitry including signal conditioning, filtering, and data acquisition systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and design engineering to ensure product performance and compliance
  • Update schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering documentation to support product changes and obsolescence mitigation
  • Develop and execute validation and verification test procedures for electronic systems and subsystems
  • Provide hands-on technical support to production, including debugging PCB assemblies and test stations
  • Evaluate and qualify replacement components for obsolete or end-of-life electronic parts
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, manufacturability, and cost optimization

  • Direct experience with synchro/resolver technology, including excitation, signal conditioning, and decoding techniques
  • Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal design (amplifiers, filters, ADCs/DACs, precision signal chains)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot circuits at component and system level using standard lab equipment
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, or equivalent)
  • Background in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability electronics environments preferred

Preferred Skills
