DIT-MCO International, a trusted name in wire harness testing and aerospace innovation for over 75 years, is seeking an Electronics Assembler to join our team.

About the Role

As an Electronic Assembler at DIT-MCO International, you’ll play a hands-on role in building precision electronic components that support the aerospace industry. Using a variety of hand tools and assembly machines, you'll follow detailed engineering drawings, schematics, wire lists, and written work instructions to complete high-quality assemblies.

In this role, you will be a part of something bigger. The products you help build are used in some of the most advanced aircraft, defense systems, and aerospace programs in the world. Your work will directly support missions that demand the highest levels of quality and reliability.

What You’ll Do

Performs assembly of electronic parts using hand tools and assembly machines.

Uses special machines for special product assembly.

This assembly will be done from instructions on engineering drawings, written work instructions, process plans, schematics, wire lists, or other written or verbal instructions.

Includes functions such as measuring and cutting wire, pulling cables, installation of terminals on wires, crimping, pinning, wiring cables, loading PCA’s (printed circuit assembly) with components, hand soldering, full electrical/mechanical assembly of more complex electronic chassis assemblies.

What You Bring

One year of previous electronics/electrical assembly experience preferred.

Basic math abilities, ability to perform repetitive tasks maintaining quantity and quality.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

US citizen.
