Relate Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist to join our outpatient team in beautiful Santa Rosa, California. This position will primarily be remote but may require occasional visits to our outpatient office in Santa Rosa. The work environment promotes flexibility and collaboration, allowing you to balance client needs with your professional development objectives. • Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on clients with emotional and behavioral challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
• Accurately document clinical sessions and assessments in compliance with agency standards, ensuring timely communication with team members and supervisors.
• Manage a weekly caseload of clients, allowing flexibility for both client and clinician scheduling needs, and respond to changes in client circumstances with adaptability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, prioritizing client-centered care.
• Engage in regular supervision meetings to discuss clinical challenges and receive feedback for professional growth.

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients dealing with a range of mental health issues. Our clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and major life changes. The treatment approach is tailored to individual needs and facilitated through evidence-based interventions. You will help clients develop coping skills and strategies to manage their symptoms effectively, encouraging them to lead fulfilling lives.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist in the state of California.
• Proven communication skills along with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment that prioritizes holistic care.

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with direct experience in providing therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and clinical documentation practices.
• Experience with group therapy facilitation is a plus.

• Annual salary range of $50,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
