Job Summary
We are seeking an Electrical Test Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Poway, CA, supporting advanced avionics and electronic systems within the aerospace and defense industry. This role is ideal for an experienced electronics testing professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, component-level diagnostics, and working with precision test equipment in a high-reliability technical environment.
The Electrical Test Technician will support testing, repair, and investigation of electronic assemblies used in mission-critical applications. This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative engineering and production environment where technical skill, attention to detail, and teamwork are valued. Candidates can expect to work with supportive leadership, experienced technical teams, and products that require quality, accuracy, and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies, circuits, and avionics-related components.
Diagnose electronic failures to the component level and perform accurate repairs.
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and related documentation.
Operate oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, and other electronic test equipment.
