Electronics Assembler

Location: Redmond, WA

Shift: Day Shift, 6 AM - 3 PM or 7 AM - 4 PM M-F

Pay: $26/hr

Job Description

The Electronics Assembler performs mechanical, optical, and electrical assembly and test operations under moderate supervision. The role requires adherence to established company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to fulfill all assembly requirements.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in microscope assembly and electronic assembly.
  • Ability to comprehend work instructions in English.
  • 6+ months of small part electronic assembly experience, preferably soldering under a microscope.
  • Knowledge of optical assemblies, lenses, and ITAR regulations.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards and ISO 9001 standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with optics and lenses is advantageous.
  • Experience with ESD control is beneficial.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Capability to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, sit, talk, and use hands to finger, feel, and handle.
  • Visual acuity for close-up and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
