Onsite Job - Electronic Assembly
Work Location: 825 E. Howard Lane-Austin-TX
4/10 - 1st (Mon-Thu), typically 5:30A-4P
High School Diploma or GED

Position Description

Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Skills Required

High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years work experience or equivalent experience
Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
Ability to become solder certified
Effective communication and team work
Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
A passion for learning/knowledge

Skills Preferred

Experienced in Electronic Assembly 3+ years
IPC-610/620 Certifications
Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017
Solder Reflow experience
