Position PurposeThe Reliability Electrician V is the highest-level electrical maintenance technician position within the organization. This role is responsible for expert-level troubleshooting, advanced automation and controls programming, and technical leadership in maintaining the plant's most complex electrical, robotics, automation, and control systems.
The Reliability Electrician V ensures equipment operates at peak efficiency while maintaining the lowest reasonable operating cost. Additionally, this position serves as a technical mentor and subject matter expert, providing guidance to Reliability Electricians II-IV and supporting facility-wide reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
