Phoenix Electrical is looking for a dedicated Electrical Apprentice to join our team in Calhoun, GA. In this role, you will work alongside our Master Electrician, gaining mentorship and hands-on experience in the installation, repair, and servicing of electrical and electronic systems. As a key team member, you will help ensure projects are completed efficiently while upholding our commitment to professionalism, respect, and exceptional customer service.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Aid with all general electrical projects and service calls. Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment.
  • Follow instructions from Master Electrician.
  • Safely and effectively use various hand tools for tasks like fastening, shaping, measuring, and cutting, requiring practice and knowledge of tool-specific techniques.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized job site and service truck.
  • Follow established processes and procedures.
  • Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer.
  • All electrical work meets or exceeds current National Electrical Code as well as local jurisdiction requirements.
  • All projects are completed in a high workman-like manner.
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to help win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Ensure a quality installation experience for the customer.
Job Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
  • Ability to perform physical requirements: climbing ladders, crawling underneath houses, and being physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary
