GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for start to complete projects in mid to high end residential projects
in the greater Boston area. It will be 70% New construction and remodeling of single family
homes . There is room for growth as we are expanding into Residential service and Fire alarm
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Completing Jobs within schedule and budget
Laying out the job and assigning duties
Meet with Project managers to discuss job progress
Report and work to rectify any trade conflicts with the Plans
Knowing the contract and submitting change orders
Scheduling and Standing Inspections
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ordering stock and keeping job stocked
Be able to train / teach 1 helper
Completing project paperwork as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
MA Electrical Journeyman License
2023 15 hour Code update completed
Experience:
Have been working in the trades for minimum 7 years
Other:
Have a clean drivers license
KEY COMPETENCIES
Ability to read blueprints.
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Good knowledge and understanding of the NEC
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be able to work on team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work on ladders
Be on your feet all day
Periodically lift up to 50 pounds
