Job description

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician / Job Runner to lead commercial projects, manage crews, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.
This is a leadership role for someone who can run work independently, communicate with project managers, and keep projects on schedule.
 Responsibilities

  •  Run and manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish 
  •  Supervise and lead field crews 
  •  Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specs 
  •  Coordinate materials, manpower, and schedules 
  •  Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements 
  •  Maintain job site safety and quality control 
  •  Communicate with office staff, GC’s, and inspectors 
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field
 Qualifications

  •  Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required) 
  •  5+ years of commercial electrical experience 
  •  Proven experience running jobs and leading crews 
  •  Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial installations 
  •  Ability to read plans and layout work 
  •  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Machine operator is a plus
