Job description

We are seeking motivated and hardworking Apprentice Electricians with a minimum of 2 years of commercial electrical experience. The ideal candidates will assist journeyman and master electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems including conduit pipe work, particularly bending and installing conduit accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial construction projects.
  • Work with various types of conduit pipe, including EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit.
  • Bend, cut, and install conduit pipe to precise specifications.
  • Help read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Support wiring, grounding, and panel installations under supervision.
  • Learn to test electrical systems and components for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all work meets NEC (National Electrical Code) and local regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Apprentice Electrician License. (Varies by State)
