Job description

We are currently accepting resumes for experienced and reliable Journeyman Electricians or Journeyman-level Electricians to join our growing team.

We are primarily a service company, providing high-quality electrical services to residential, commercial, and light industrial customers. While we prefer candidates with a current Journeyman Electrician license, we are also interested in speaking with highly experienced electricians who have strong field experience and are working toward or capable of performing at the Journeyman level.

Join our team of skilled professionals to install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of electrical systems. Our ideal candidate has previous electrical experience, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service. Experience with the ServiceTitan management system is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical repairs, upgrades, panel replacements, lighting installations, and circuit troubleshooting.
  • Install wiring, conduit, switches, outlets, breakers, fixtures, and other electrical components.
  • Complete all work in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Test electrical systems using meters and diagnostic equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and project timelines.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, courteous service.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes.
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Work independently while managing multiple service calls efficiently.
  • Occasionally assist with small commercial construction and electrical installation projects.
  • Collaborate with team members when needed to complete larger projects safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Current Journeyman Electrician license preferred, but experienced electricians without a license are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous hands-on electrical experience in residential, commercial, or service electrical work required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience servicing electrical panels, branch circuits, lighting, receptacles, switches, and electrical equipment.
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical regulations.
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple service calls throughout the day.
  • Experience using tablets or mobile applications for work orders is a plus.
  • ServiceTitan experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must have your own basic hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, ladders, and other physically demanding environments.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions when required.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to producing quality work.
