???? Direction / Milieu : DI-DP-TSA (Déficience intellectuelle, déficience physique et trouble du spectre de l'autisme)

???? Département : Services internes et externes – URFI (Unité de réadaptation fonctionnelle intensive) et UTRF (Unité transitoire de récupération fonctionnelle)

???? Titre d'emploi : Ergothérapeute

???? Période d'affectation : Dès que possible au 18 octobre 2026

Responsabilités principales :
  • Évaluer les capacités fonctionnelles des résidents et leurs besoins en ergothérapie.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans d’intervention individualisés en collaboration avec l’équipe soignante.
  • Adapter l’environnement ou recommander des aides techniques pour favoriser l’autonomie et la sécurité.
  • Offrir des interventions de réadaptation et de stimulation fonctionnelle.
  • Participer à des comités cliniques et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques.
  • Documenter les suivis et interventions selon les normes professionnelles.
Exigences :
  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en ergothérapie.
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ).
  • Expérience en milieu gériatrique, en soins de longue durée ou en réadaptation fonctionnelle (atout majeur).
  • Bonnes habiletés interpersonnelles, d’observation et de collaboration.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe interdisciplinaire et à s’adapter à un milieu en évolution.
