Join an Established Company Launching Electrical Services
Levine & Sons is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to help support our growing residential service business. This role will initially work closely with our HVAC division, providing electrical expertise for HVAC-related projects, service upgrades, generators, panel work, and other residential electrical needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Journeyman Electrician who enjoys working in the field, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to help establish the foundation for future electrical services within a respected home services company.
Position Summary
The Journeyman Electrician will perform residential electrical service work, support HVAC operations, ensure code compliance, and serve as the electrical subject matter expert for the organization. The ideal candidate has strong residential electrical experience, HVAC knowledge, leadership qualities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay: $20-$35/hr + Incentives/Bonuses
Responsibilities
Electrical Service & Installation
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
  • Perform panel upgrades, service replacements, circuit installations, surge protection, generator installations, EV charger installations, lighting upgrades, and other residential electrical services.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with customers.
HVAC Support
  • Work closely with HVAC technicians and installers to support residential HVAC projects.
  • Perform electrical work associated with HVAC equipment replacements, disconnects, service upgrades, circuits, and related installations.
  • Assist with electrical troubleshooting related to heating and cooling systems.
  • Provide technical expertise regarding electrical requirements for HVAC systems.
Technical Leadership
  • Serve as the company's licensed electrical expert.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members as electrical services continue to expand.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in establishing best practices and standards for electrical work within the organization.
Qualifications
Required
  • Current Journeyman Electrician License.
  • Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience.
  • Strong residential troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience working with electrical systems related to HVAC equipment and installations.
  • Strong understanding of residential electrical codes and safety requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred
  • Electrical Contractor License.
  • Residential HVAC experience or strong HVAC knowledge.
  • Experience working in a residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical environment.
