Job Description
Stow Atlanta is seeking an Electrician to join our team. The Electrician performs multiple functions from basic to complex mechanical and electrical skills. They are required to continually maintain and improve methods in the operation of the manufacturing equipment to increase efficiency and prolong the life of the equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Execute general and preventative mechanical maintenance in designated facility areas
• Maintain compliance with all documentation, safety, and operational protocols
• Work flexibly across different areas of the facility as assigned
• Appropriately utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate effectively with all departments and support supervisory direction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, demonstrating adherence to 5S.
• Transport tools and equipment as needed for job tasks
• Ensure all work sites are maintained for cleanliness and safety during and after job completion
• Communicate potential or actual downtime to affected departments to ensure proactive response
• Accurately complete required documentation for tasks and maintenance work
• Exhibit professional behavior aligned with company policies and values
• Practice strong communication with team members to ensure tasks are clearly understood and completed
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance per company policy
• Prioritize safety for self, colleagues, and product integrity at all times
Qualifications
• Valid Journeyman's License (required minimum for this role)

• Willingness to grow into more advanced electrical/electronics responsibilities
