What are Electrical Trainees?

Electrical trainees are individuals who are learning the trade of electrical work under the supervision of licensed electricians. They typically work on job sites to gain hands-on experience while also completing classroom instruction to meet state or local requirements. Electrical trainees often assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
