Service Technician Responsibilities
  • Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and to the highest standards

  • Completeย Video MPIs using Xtimeย to promote transparency and customer trust

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more

  • Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and special service tools

  • Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs

  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Shop Foreman, and Service Manager

  • Execute Customer Pay, Warranty, and Internal repairs to manufacturer specifications
