Job description

The Electrical Revit Designer role has responsibility for the design and development of complex electrical systems utilizing Revit and AutoCAD, including wiring diagrams and electrical system layouts, along with assisting less experienced team members. This role ensures designs meet regulatory requirements, project specifications and design gate requirements. The role applies skills to complete a broad range of tasks and often completes assignments with limited supervision and exercises latitude for independent judgement. The role can make decisions limited to a narrow scope of responsibilities as determined by a licensed engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out lighting, devices, and circuit design.
  • Develop competence in using Revit / AutoCAD.
  • Actively engagein crossdisciplinemodelcoordination.
  • Understand the level of detail required at various project design gates/milestones.
  • Manageschedules related to electrical equipment and panels.
  • Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
  • May provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to help less experienced team members develop their skills and grow within their roles.

Salary Range:The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employeeโ€™s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience,and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Location A: $30.70 - $41.90

Location B: $34.10 - $46.20

Location C: $37.00 - $50.50
