Luminous Electric is seeking Electrical Apprentices to join our team!. We are a growing electrical company with locations in Bradenton, Tampa, and St. Petersburg and as our customer base grows, our team does as well!
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of residential electrical experience, but we are ready to train the right people! A strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, connect, and maintain various electrical wiring systems in accordance with codes and standards.
  • Conduct functional tests on electrical systems to ensure proper performance and safety compliance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members to explain work performed and address questions or concerns.
  • Adhere to all company and regulatory safety protocols while on the job.
Experience/Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in electrical work - REQUIRED.
  • Proven experience in electrical work; residential electrical experience is greatly preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
