As an Electrical Foreman, you will contribute the team by managing projects including budget and completion time as well as maintain company safety standards. It is of the utmost importance for our Foremen to take all safety measures needed and avoid injuries on our sites. Your experience with the following items will drive your success in this role.
  • Developing construction project schedules and continually monitoring and adjusting as needed
  • Contributing to the installation or directing others during the installation and troubleshooting process
  • Effectively coordinating manpower needs
  • Completing competitive pricing comparisons for materials
  • Coordinating and placing material orders
  • Maintaining compliance with company NFPA70E policies, State, and Federal OSHA safety standards.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the electrical trade
Physical Requirements Work requires exposure to construction site environments having temperature extremes, dust, fumes, smoke, hazardous substances and loud noise levels. Up to 70% of the job may include heavy physical work, heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of material that may weigh from 50 to 100 pounds. The position requires the incumbent to climb and work from ladders, scaffolds or aerial lifts, stand or walk for long periods, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, crawl and work in awkward positions or confined spaces for several hours at a time. The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, and the upper and lower back as well as visual acuity and depth perception. Pulmonary capacity must be sufficient to permit the use of an air-purifying respirator if required. Benefits: We are an Employee-Owned Company.
